Pros
The company atmosphere is very happy; when carrying out projects, it feels like a big family having fun together.
Working hours at the company are also flexible, and your pay is not deducted when you take leave.
The boss is a passionate and visionary young person.
Cons
It’s extremely busy when things are busy, and extremely idle when things are slow.
