There is training within the department, the office environment is large and comfortable, the technical skills are highly advanced, and there is also plug-in development.
The senior staff are very condescending and consider themselves elites. Factions and small groups are clearly divided, making interpersonal relationships difficult to manage.
The supervisor is extremely emotional, making the pressure and mood at work very unpleasant.
The sole focus is drafting performance, and review meetings are held every month.
Drawing output is quantified; you simply stay inside the company and continuously produce drawings, with very little opportunity to accumulate practical experience in construction operations.
Simply put, drafters are treated as drafting machines, just like a factory production line.
Not much time is given; if you cannot finish the drawings, you are expected to voluntarily stay late and complete them.
It is treated as voluntary overtime, with no overtime pay.
If you fail to submit the drawings, you will be publicly criticized until you are completely crushed~
