I interviewed for a purchasing position. I spent an hour at the beginning filling out various forms, all on paper. Even the Excel test was on paper, which made it clear that the company's practices are quite traditional.

After I finished, the wait was very long. A middle-aged manager came in with the mindset of a traditional middle-aged person: looking down on job applicants, trying to belittle me, and offering a very low salary.

Although I received an offer in the end, I had no desire to go at all, so I declined it.
