If you happen to have received an interview invitation from them and are seeing this now, consider yourself truly lucky.

I sincerely urge you not to be deceived by the owner’s wife’s mask.

This company is truly like hell. Even an evening TV drama would not be this outrageous, yet every incident that happens at this company stars the owner’s wife—and she even thinks she is very good at handling things, without realizing that everything is complicated because of her.

The owner may appear to lead the entire company, but whenever the owner’s wife is involved, no one dares to speak. The owner’s wife, who thinks she is God, uses words from the Bible to “educate” everyone. “Out of control” is no longer enough to describe her; she is simply crazy.

If an employee has a problem, she will interview everyone around the person involved one by one, but never interview the person involved. In other words, she will not give you a chance to explain, because she simply does not believe you.

If you have even the slightest question about your salary and want to ask for clarification, you cannot! She thinks you are nitpicking over your pay and have a “greedy heart.”

You must obey supervisors unconditionally. Even if a supervisor is completely incompetent, you still have to follow them. Then, when she discovers that the subordinate supervisor is incompetent, she will ask why employees did not manage upward... What the hell?

You may think religion is not a big deal and that you only need to keep a low profile and remain neutral. Wrong! When she notices that she has never successfully converted you, and happens to find a minor issue to use against you, she will start telling others that you are unable to do your work well because you did not pay the price—using your own annual leave—to attend church or the church’s spiritual counseling courses, and that you have an inferiority complex!

I strongly advise fresh graduates not to enter this hell.
