There are products to sell.
1. The job responsibilities described by HR during the interview did not match the actual work.
2. The boss does not respect professional expertise, and the marketing manager is self-righteous and arrogant.
3. New employees are not even given a month to adapt. The supervisor is unwilling to hand over work responsibilities, pushes everything onto the new hire, and requires them to complete the tasks. If they are not completed, the employee will be humiliated.
4. Inefficient weekly meetings are mandatory, and employees are also forced to contribute to a so-called “entertainment fund.”
5. The office is entirely open-plan, with virtually no privacy.
