Two days off per week, with overtime pay
There is a spiritual class once a week. To put it nicely, it is a spiritual class; in reality, it is Christian proselytizing.
Although it is ostensibly voluntary, the owner’s wife actually hopes that everyone will attend.
There have been several occasions when salaries were inexplicably paid late, and no one informed employees of the reason for the delay.
Regular overtime (during the interview, they said overtime would be uncommon and that they hoped employees could leave work on time).
Although it is not apparent on the surface, both the owner and the supervisor are the kind of people who believe that “employees should work overtime for the company.”
If the overtime hours are excessive, bonuses for other items (such as the operations bonus) will be deducted.
There was also an unexplained deduction of NT$1,000 from my base salary. I once reported a problem with my pay, but it was ignored without any follow-up.
The owner’s wife is the person who holds the real power in the company.
If you offend her or upset one of her family members, she will relentlessly summon you for meetings.
All staffing and job adjustments are decided according to her wishes.
She looks慈善 on the surface, and everything she says is related to Jesus.
She believes that everything good or bad in life is part of God’s plan, and so on.
In reality, she is the one most skilled at speaking behind people’s backs and stirring things up between different people.
She says many things that are neither truth nor fact.
The owner is friendly, but he often fails to separate personal and professional matters and will ask employees to help handle affairs at his home.
Whenever he encounters another outburst from his wife, he only dares to be angry without speaking up and is not very capable of protecting employees.
If you happen to interview successfully and join this company, you will see many inexplicable and extremely outrageous things.
