Pros
The pace of work is leisurely.
Cons
Since International Connect and Pi Pay merged and returned to NetEase, it is obvious that Pi is valued more, and management really likes to make grand promises; as a result, quite a few senior engineers have gradually left, and even supervisors have quit.
The salary was not high to begin with. You only become eligible for a raise after working there for a year and a half, yet the increase is only 1%–3%, meaning some people may receive an increase of less than NT$1,000.
