The workplace is fairly easy to find, located beside a main road. The company’s exterior looks more like a residential building.
First, the unfavorable points: Interviews are only available after 6 p.m.; daytime interviews are not possible. The company’s process mainly involves filling out information upon arrival and taking a professional test (the main topics are basic electricity and PLC). I did fairly well on the test, after which the supervisor interviewed me. I was only applying for a wiring technician position, but the supervisor asked me, “Would you like to try doing other work first…?” I told him I was okay with anything, but I still ended up receiving a rejection without any explanation.
