Leaving work on time

Occasionally there are snacks to eat

The boss does not know how to use a computer, only trusts paper documents, thinks his own words are the final authority, and insists that following his instructions is the only way to avoid mistakes.

The sources for sales leads are foreign yellow pages from many years ago. Every few months, we have to repeatedly pitch to the same customers or recheck the information and print it out for the boss to review.

It is a family business, and all department heads are the boss’s children. There is absolutely no opportunity for promotion.

Apart from the computers used by supervisors and purchasing staff, which have internet access, everyone else has to use a shared computer to go online. The hardware is outdated; we are still using Windows XP and fax machines.

Several senior employees are not very friendly in their attitude at work.

The boss often adjusts salaries based on “no shipments, no pay” or other ideas that suddenly occur to him.

If the accumulated time spent getting water and using the restroom exceeds 20 minutes per day, money will be deducted.

Many employees smoke in the small storage room, and the smell of smoke is extremely strong.

The restroom smells awful.

In short, the boss only wants obedient slaves. Think carefully before applying.
