Workplace reviews and discussion: 好住科技股份有限公司

Pros

1. The office environment looks pretty good (it has that distinctive smell of new renovations and new furniture XD)

2. HR will keep worrying that you haven't had enough water to drink or that you want to go to the bathroom but don't dare say so XD

1. The company is located in Neihu, so taking the bus or having your own transportation would be more convenient.

(It feels like going to work on rainy days would be really troublesome... I'm just lazy XD)

2. After you complete the personality test, HR will have a conversation with you about some aspects of the company culture. The sexual harassment incidents mentioned online really did happen.

3. Company overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave and cannot be paid out in cash. If you don't use it all this year, you can continue using it next year, so it's something you can see but not enjoy. Treat overtime as doing good deeds.

4. The interviewer was from product development, but I wasn't applying for a product development position... During the interview, you could tell that they had very little respect for the skills, experience, and knowledge of people such as R&D and QA, acting as if senior PMs were the most capable.

So if you want to join this company, I recommend applying for a PM position instead; it would probably be better.

5. The company feels like it is still being renovated... It was quite scary when I first went there, especially when taking the elevator. I thought I was in some kind of horror movie = =

(I am personally rather timid, so this is purely a subjective personal issue. You may or may not take it into consideration.)

6. There is only one person on my work team. If I join, there will be two people, but it seems that when someone resigns, they have to find someone from the same department. I'm afraid that as soon as I join, the other person will happily tell me that they can finally escape = =

7. All the rumors online are true. Please think carefully before joining. Thank you.
