The HR department was extremely unprofessional and did not understand the job requirements or the types of work the candidate was good at. At first, HR called to invite me to an interview. I looked at the company's job posting and felt that the position was not suitable for me, so I declined by email. HR immediately called again and said that the job only involved creating design drawings and did not require marketing planning work. (The problem is that the job posting clearly stated that the role involved online media marketing as well as proposal execution.) It was obviously about meeting a performance target, and they insisted on getting me to attend the interview.

I went to the interview, and when I arrived at the company, an HR representative spoke with me. Halfway through the conversation, the HR representative was called away, and another manager came to speak with me. After learning that I did not intend to do marketing work, the manager did not say anything more to me, and the interview ended just like that.

The entire process ended in less than 20 minutes. I really don't know what they wanted me to come in for. HR did not first determine whether the job was suitable for the candidate before insisting on bringing someone in for an interview, which was simply a waste of both our time.
