Workplace reviews and discussion: LG_ 臺灣樂金生活健康股份有限公司

The interview was conducted by two interviewers. They were elegant and very courteous, making the interviewee feel highly respected.

There were no drawbacks. I applied for the Whoo skincare brand under LG Taiwan.

The brand is a Korean skincare brand endorsed by Lee Young-ae. However, like interviews at all skincare companies, in the first round they asked me to introduce myself and go over all my work experience.

They then asked some questions about my previous work, such as which products sold best at the counter when I was working in sales, what the main products were, and how I would retain customers and generate sales, among other things.

As for salary and benefits, new employees have a three-month probationary period, a base salary of NT$25,000, and a monthly meal allowance of NT$2,200. There are eight days off per month, and working hours are mainly determined by the department store’s schedule. Bonuses for individual performance, team performance, and target achievement are calculated separately. There are bonuses for the three major holidays (Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, and Lunar New Year). After completing the three-month probationary period, the base salary increases by another NT$1,000 to NT$26,000. Employees also receive discounts on products they purchase… That is roughly it. As with interviews at other skincare companies, if you pass, you will be notified within seven days and proceed to a second interview. I am sharing this as a reference for anyone who wants to apply or is about to attend an interview.

Overall, I think the benefits are the best I have encountered in my interviews so far (and the interviewers were also the most beautiful). If you get the opportunity to interview, make sure to seize it and do your best!
