Pros

The supervisor was courteous. The first interview lasted an hour and a half, but it didn’t feel very stressful—more like a casual conversation.

Cons

There weren’t really any drawbacks. The supervisor first had the interviewee fill out an internal company résumé, followed by a self-introduction and questions about work experience. If I remember correctly, there is no performance bonus during the first three months of the probationary period; one becomes available afterward. Since their customers are generally older, they also need employees with skincare skills who can attract customers. There should be eight days off per month, with working hours coordinated with the department store’s schedule. The supervisor suddenly asked me to simulate a sales interaction to assess my verbal communication skills and ability to respond on the spot. They also asked which of their products I liked most and, if I were hired, how I would rate my willingness to work for the company on a scale of one to ten. They also asked about my family circumstances and family members. I’ve forgotten some of the other details, but overall, the interview process was comfortable. The supervisor even gave me a sample pack of one of their star products when I left. The supervisor was very courteous, and their sales associates were all quite experienced. The company’s benefits also seemed good. If you get the opportunity to interview there, take it.
