The most efficient part of the whole place is the resignation process!
They lure people in with a high salary, but in reality it’s something you can see but never get, because that high salary only applies after passing the probationary period...... The probationary salary is pitifully low! The reason it’s something you can see but never get is that very few people can make it through probation! So at this company, anyone who lasts a year is already considered a veteran. The turnover rate is extremely high.
New accounts are being created in the system every day—one batch replacing another. You keep meeting new people until one day you’re pulled into the break room for a private talk and find out that it’s your last day at work.
