好住科技股份有限公司
Pros

1. The company's hardware looks pretty good (although I only went into the meeting room after getting off the elevator on the third floor, so I didn't see the inside of the office).

2. The HR was fairly polite.

Cons

1. The company is a bit far away in Neihu, though that depends on the individual.

2. After completing the relevant personality and logic tests, the HR came in first and asked a bunch of questions. The HR said that a manager would be invited next. I then spent quite some time waiting for the manager to come interview me, but in the end, the manager didn't show up—it was the HR again. The HR tactfully said that she had discussed it with the manager, and the simple result was that, based on the outcome of my interview with the HR, the manager felt I wasn't the person she was looking for, so she asked the HR to come and send me away. The manager didn't even come out to have a conversation. This was an extremely rude interview attitude. Traveling all the way to Neihu also took quite a lot of my time, yet the manager wasn't even willing to come out and spend five minutes rejecting me. To be honest, although the company's parent company is a property developer, the products of its invested subsidiaries aren't exactly brands with much name recognition either. I don't know what the manager is acting so arrogant about. Also, hadn't the manager seen my résumé before the interview? If this was how it was going to be, couldn't the HR have simply called me first to talk? Why make a job candidate come all the way there?

3. Anyway, in the end, I felt that since the manager had this kind of attitude, it's probably for the best that I didn't get the job. Working together might have been difficult anyway. It really is, as people say, an extremely problematic company.

4. With this kind of attitude, I think it will be very difficult for the products to succeed in the future.
