Platform planning position
The interviewing manager was gentle and explained the job responsibilities in detail.
The leave policy is better than the requirements of the Labor Standards Act. The company encourages employees to pursue further education and participate in clubs.
The salary was suggested to be averaged based on the annual salary. It was verbally stated that the annual salary is approximately equivalent to 15 months’ pay; job seekers should consider this carefully.
The interview consists of three stages: unit supervisor > give a presentation and explain it like a branch office manager > department head.
The presentation requires comparing the company’s products with the top six in the market and asking candidates how they would increase customer preference.
Personally, I feel this goes beyond the requirements of an interview. Job seekers can evaluate this for themselves.
