1. Lunch is provided.
2. Overtime is paid rather than compensated with time off in lieu.
1. The lunch break is from 12:30 to 14:00, so the actual working time is eight and a half hours.
2. The salary offered is somewhat low, and both the likelihood and extent of salary increases are limited.
3. The company does not respect job applicants.
An applicant must bring a résumé to the interview; otherwise, they cannot be interviewed. However, the company does not clearly state this from the outset, which may result in applicants making a wasted trip.
Moreover, it feels as though the interviewer has not reviewed the résumé and autobiography submitted by the applicant on 104 before the interview, so they are not familiar with the applicant’s situation. If the applicant does not provide a résumé with an autobiography at the time of the interview, the interviewer may not know what questions to ask, making it feel like a waste of both parties’ time.
4. Multiple applicants are scheduled for the same time, but they are interviewed one by one on the second floor according to their arrival time, and each interview ends after an average of 10 minutes.
