At the end of the year, there is consistently a one-and-a-half-month bonus. There is an overseas trip once every three years (I heard the last one was a five-day, four-night trip to Japan, with employees covering a small portion of the cost). Afternoon tea is provided three afternoons a week.
1. The three-compartment cabinet assigned to me was extremely dirty.
2. You are not allowed to eat at your own desk.
3. Even after finishing your work, you still have to work overtime because the boss likes employees to work overtime, and there is no overtime pay.
4. There is no perfect-attendance bonus. The upside is that being late does not result in a pay deduction, but your name and the length of your lateness are recorded, which also affects your performance evaluation.
These are the issues I discovered during a full day of work. I have written down everything I can share.
Some issues only apply to certain positions, so I will not include them here.
