The employees and supervisor are kind and courteous.
1. The office environment is poor. The office and factory are combined, but the overall structure is that of a factory. The workstations have no partitions and are cramped, with no extra space for activities.
2. The boss emphasizes the importance of system management, but the company does not even have an ERP system or standard operating procedures. Everything has to be approved by the boss before it can be done, which is quite puzzling.
3. It is a small or medium-sized family-run business that does not particularly need professionals. It seems more interested in finding people who identify with everything the company does and are obedient.
