Pros
Work is very flexible, and there are free snacks every morning.
Cons
No one guides new hires. Once you join, you’re left to fend for yourself. You’re often assigned to do one thing and then another, so you never learn anything thoroughly. The long-time employees inside don’t have much technical expertise either and can’t teach you. The salary is also laughable.
