Salary: The base salary. Although they say there are bonuses, you don’t receive one if you fail to meet the target (and since the target has never been met, because the company sets it very high, there have never been any bonuses).

Mistakes: If you make a mistake at work, the company will deduct money from your pay and even pressure you to sign a consent form agreeing to the deduction. For example, giving a customer too large a discount or a price difference when exchanging an item is considered a mistake. The checkout system won’t calculate these for you, so if you’re not good at math, you should be mentally prepared to have money deducted.

Management: The company’s internal management is very disorganized. Asking a supervisor a question does not necessarily get you the correct answer, and if the answer is wrong, you may still be held responsible for the mistake.
