Colleagues love to engage in office politics and backstabbing.
The supervisor is extremely emotional and there are no standard procedures for getting things done. Ask about A today and you get answer B; ask about A tomorrow and you get answer C. They may even get angry and scold employees for not knowing how to evaluate things themselves.
Pregnant colleagues in shift-based departments still have to work until midnight, and I have no idea how they manage to get around inspections.
Senior colleagues like to pull rank. They have little ability but love ordering new employees around, while slacking off themselves; they are best at flattering their superiors.
If a senior colleague dislikes you, you may be picked on for no reason ^^. I feel terrible every day at work.
You have to work extremely irregular shifts, resulting in a very poor quality of life.
