The dream was okay.
Dreamed that if your previous salary was low, you’re just unlucky and pitiful; HR only looks at your previous payslip.
Dreamed of 12 months of base salary plus a one-month year-end bonus. Anything extra is just a lucky bonus.
Dreamed that business performance was poor, salary increases were suspended, and they might not even pay bonuses.
Dreamed of a manager who was extremely bizarre and a nightmare for other colleagues because they loved arguing, but whom the boss particularly adored.
Dreamed that Taiwanese managers never know what employees want.
