No advantages

I went to this company for an interview for a bus driver position. As soon as I arrived, they gave me forms to fill out and asked for my identification documents to photocopy them. They were in such a hurry to copy both IDs even though they did not yet know whether I would be hired. I asked the interviewer if I could provide the copies after it was confirmed that I had been hired, but they replied, “You don’t have to come.” What the hell is this? They completely wasted my time.
