Colleagues in the same department are easy to get along with. Very occasionally, there is food left over from company photo shoots that employees can eat.

They are extremely reluctant to give raises (even though it was only 1,000). The boss’s wife loves to nitpick. Neither the boss nor his wife understands dynamic photography, yet they insist on interfering with and giving instructions about the work. They make unreasonable work requests, assuming that employees have nothing to do and are always free. They often quote prices arbitrarily; the price difference for the same shoot can be over 100,000. People in other departments engage in petty schemes and covert infighting, which is terrible. In particular, be wary of senior employees who have been there for a long time: many of them are the boss’s loyal followers, and any complaints made behind his back will be reported directly to him. The boss’s wife is extremely poor at communicating and handling things. She angers clients herself and then expects employees to clean up the mess. It is a family business, and when the children return to take over, they also do not understand anything—ask them one question and they cannot answer another. They dump all of their own work on employees, repeatedly claiming to be very busy even though they are actually doing nothing.
