Colleagues get along well...? (Not all of them.
The air conditioning is really cool?
Basically, whenever there are no customers coming in, you just make cold calls nonstop. You’ll be given a bunch of lists that have already been called to death and be told to call them again, until the customers get annoyed. As for the salary, the base pay is determined by educational background. University graduates are guaranteed a base salary of 26K, but labor and health insurance contributions will still be deducted from that 26K. You’ll eat two meals of takeout every day. The commission percentage is different from what was stated during the interview; no matter how you calculate it, the amount is not what you expected. After joining, you also have to pass an assessment to become a regular employee and receive regular-employee benefits.
The seniority system is somewhat strong. Good leads have to be given to senior colleagues, and if you accidentally perform better than them, they may make fun of you.
Unless you have a lot of perseverance and a very thick skin and can successfully take on the challenge, you’ll basically be living on the base salary plus meager commissions—which might leave you starving~
