The company environment is pretty good, with lots of places to eat nearby, and transportation is fairly convenient.

The old boss and the younger boss each have their own factions, and the two sides are often fighting with each other. Most of the employees are difficult to get along with and tend to ignore cross-departmental matters. The sales staff are petty and talk behind their colleagues’ backs. The younger boss complains that employees’ English proficiency is inadequate (so if your English is poor, don’t apply and save yourself the criticism). During work hours, the old boss walks around chatting with employees, as if everyone’s purpose at work were to keep him company. The company has been continuously laying off employees, giving people the impression that its operations are not doing well.
