異軍互動娛樂股份有限公司
Pros

1. Working hours are not overly rigid.

2. A good stepping stone for newcomers.

3. The area around the office building is fairly convenient.

4. Suitable for older employees or those who are married with families.

As long as you can make presentations, highlight the good points, and keep the boss reassured, you can stay here until retirement. (Managers who want to slack off are recommended to apply.)

5. Suitable for masochists, “tool people,” and workaholics.

6. People’s impressions of the company’s strengths and weaknesses vary. Consider your own needs and experience it for yourself.

Cons

1. The company has many holes that need to be filled.

2. The company is not generous, and the constraints make it difficult to accomplish anything significant.

3. The boss is not truly a bad person, but the decisions are quite strange.

4. The company is not very good at retaining capable employees.

5. For some positions, the boss may message you on LINE after work or on holidays.

6. The boss is too dreamy and tends to let their imagination run wild.

7. The company does not trust employees’ professional expertise.

8. The entire company operates based on feelings.

9. The mindset from mainland China is too strong.

10. Everyone below the managerial level seems to be a scapegoat.

11. The boss likes bringing their own people into the company,

but I don’t think some of them have contributed anything to the company.

12. One person is expected to handle the entire process from start to finish.

13. Many people in management fundamentally lack management ability and do not even know what they are doing. They cannot answer basic questions about the company and are also very passive.

14. Everything said on Tianyancha is true.

15. The company’s positioning is unclear.

16. The faults the boss points out are almost never constructive.

17. A certain manager cannot even arrange cleaning-duty rotations properly. It is hilarious.

18. The products are poorly chosen, the taste is strange, and the company never dares to take the lead.

19. It is hard to find a company with so few benefits.

20. There was a male colleague who was really disgusting. I felt uncomfortable just being in the same space with him. Fortunately, he has resigned.

21. For some reason, the company kept a strange, intellectually disabled person around for a long time before finally dismissing him.

22. I suggest that the company cherish every employee who has worked there.
