There is a non-supervisory-level machinist who often mocks people. He shamelessly orders others to handle his work and has a hostile attitude. Several times when I was busy with my own work, he tossed things to me and told me to help him. If things weren’t explained clearly or didn’t go his way, he would immediately lash out. He often makes sarcastic, snide remarks and uses indirect insults. His morals are extremely poor and despicable. He mocks people yet still has the nerve to order them around; if you don’t listen to him, he acts as though you owe him something. He isn’t the boss who pays my salary, nor is he a supervisor, so I don’t know what he’s being so arrogant about.
