Pros
The interviewer was very laid-back~ Pretty good~~
The starting salary is fairly decent, but there are no bonuses
Cons
Everyone at the company works overtime, but there is no overtime pay. They usually leave work around 8 p.m.; after reaching a certain number of hours, it seems you can exchange them for compensatory leave, but he said he had also kind of forgotten (wild, huh?)
Overall, the interview experience and the responses were fairly acceptable~
