The HR staff at headquarters are very good.
The young female colleagues at the Renwu plant are also very good.
They patiently answer your questions.
The work is not difficult to learn, but it is rather tedious.
There will be no need for business trips or traveling outside.
There is no air conditioning in the office.
The electric fans cannot reach certain angles either.
The female supervisor at the Renwu plant always looks displeased and speaks rudely.
She seems to find fault with everything.
She loves complaining on the phone.
Some policies are questionable.
The entire company is run by relatives and friends of those in power.
Personally, I do not recommend it for newcomers to the workforce.
A very typical Kaohsiung corporate culture.
