Pros
1. You can express your own opinions at work, with a high degree of freedom~
2. Working hours are better than at typical companies (10:30–19:00, with a 1.5-hour break)
3. The company provides a free aerobics class one day a week
4. Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the supervisor is very NICE
5. Employees can buy books for free on their birthdays~
Overall, it’s quite generous~~~
Cons
1. Parking nearby is a bit difficult~XD (so it’s more convenient to take public transportation~)
2. Meals are slightly more expensive (some colleagues bring their own lunch~)
