Wasting interviewees' time by interviewing them, then having the hiring manager immediately judge whether they are suitable based on subjective opinions, with a disparaging tone throughout.
Can people who did not major in a related field really not do the work at your company? The interviewee had experience doing the same kind of work before, yet was disparaged terribly just because they did not graduate from the relevant field.
A complete waste of time to interview. Absolutely awful!
