There are parking spaces. The environment is okay.
A year-end bonus of two months’ salary (as long as you haven’t been scolded or driven away, you’ll receive it)
A 90-minute lunch break (as long as the boss hasn’t come in and called a meeting, you’ll get the full break)
Does not comply with the Labor Standards Act: no overtime pay for overtime work, and employees are asked to sign a consent form stating that if they are driven away by the boss within three months, they cannot receive severance pay.
You may be called at any time to go up to the mountains to plant vegetables or to repair things at the boss’s home (work unrelated to your job duties).
The boss may call people “trash” or “pigs” at any time. If the boss feels someone is unnecessary, they will berate that person until they resign.
The position advertised is just for show. After you start working, regardless of what position you applied for, you do whatever the boss tells you to do.
No holiday bonuses for the three major festivals!! No health checkups!! No birthday celebrations!! There are no benefits here at all!!

Do not waste your time, breath, and life working for a boss like this, because he does not treat employees as human beings!!!!
