It doesn’t leak on rainy days
They say they are recruiting and training software engineers, but in fact they have no intention of training you at all. The work itself does not actually require programming, but you are expected to work overtime throughout the holidays and even three times a day. The person managing personnel deliberately makes things difficult, giving you a bunch of very basic Java questions while putting on an attitude of “This is very difficult—can you do it? I’m giving you an opportunity by hiring you,” when in fact they are just trying to trick someone into filling this shitty position.
