Engineers usually work eight-hour shifts, but certain departments require overtime.

The new supervisor in a particular department is average in ability. They are good at talking, but their actual ability is so-so.

In short, I suggest not coming here. The pay here is not high. It is a systems integrator, with mostly tender-based projects, and what you learn is quite scattered. Unless you truly have nowhere else to go, you probably won’t learn much here. If you want to work in AI, don’t come here—the work is very superficial. People working in AI and artificial intelligence may be assigned to systems integration, frontend, or backend work, which will not add value when applying for their next job.
