I didn’t actually work there, so I’m not sure about the internal situation, but at least I had a good impression during the interview. There was a written test first, but it wasn’t difficult. After that, I interviewed with the department manager. The manager was very friendly, listened carefully, and then continued asking questions. The conversation flowed very well. The manager also answered my questions very patiently.
There didn’t seem to be anyone specifically responsible for welcoming interviewees. After I went in, several people looked at one another before someone finally escorted me to the meeting room.
