I've been here for quite a while, and the company's approach is indeed very different from that of other businesses.

I've previously worked at a company with around a hundred employees, a locally founded independent brand, and an international group.

The biggest difference I've felt is the efficiency of change.

The company is still in a stage of development, but you can see that it is genuinely working to improve its systems and establish benefits.

Regardless of work efficiency or adaptability, things here really do move very quickly.

So those who lack ability or fabricate their résumés are quickly exposed... haha.

Still, I'm grateful that this has allowed me to see quite a few odd characters......

(Maybe most people assume that they can hide among the numbers at a large group?

Their résumés are filled with impressive-sounding details, yet they don't understand basic professional skills,

such as using Excel to calculate a total or even understanding email CCs.

They also have to think for ages about shortcut keys in design software.... = =

Seriously...........

The most exhausting thing here is that many incompetent teammates come and cause trouble.

For example, they refuse to admit when they mess up, become impossible to reach after work,

have a pile of excuses when they make mistakes, and blame the company first instead of themselves.

In short, they're irresponsible whiners.

Although the workday here is an hour longer,

the compensation is better than elsewhere, and none of the benefits that should be provided are missing.

As long as you truly have ability and skills, I highly recommend interviewing here.

The company wants talent, not just manpower.

Salary levels can be much higher than those outside, and the pace of raises is also...

Deliver results and show the right attitude, and you will receive in proportion to what you contribute.

You don't need to take anyone else's word for it—just look at the market.

Taiwan's food and beverage industry is extremely competitive, and with the pandemic recently, how many businesses have been unable to survive?

This company can still remain firmly established and continue opening new locations.

After more than a decade, it still retains its place in the market, which shows how solidly its foundations were built.

Please, if you don't have the ability, really don't come here.

And then, on top of causing trouble, you drag down the team—basically a full-time cheerleader.
