At a small company, there is plenty of room to take initiative, and you can continue developing your skills during downtime. It is a very stable job.
Generally speaking, the colleagues are easy to get along with. The male manager is easy to get along with, and the owner’s wife is very nice. Basically, no one at the company is a bad person.
As long as you don’t get on Manager Lin’s bad side, everything is fine—but in everyday work, she really does create a lot of trouble. (It feels like she was born with princess syndrome.)
This place is basically a dojo for training your perseverance!
Some colleagues are rather selfish and won’t help with small things unless they have to. (For example, even when there are many customers, no one will help handle them, so you can only accept your bad luck and deal with the situation yourself.) They clean very carelessly and love to gossip (which really affects morale).
