Every Wednesday, there is a welfare allowance that can be used to buy drinks. Other than that, compared with other engineering consulting firms, I really can't say there are any other advantages in terms of professional development.
Let me introduce the company:
It is an engineering consulting firm that rents out a professional license.
Boss — Not trained in this field and not a licensed professional engineer, so unable to provide any substantive professional assistance.
Administration — Perhaps acting like a class monitor, managing all employees as though they were elementary school students.
Supervisors — Not professional engineers, just long-time company employees. It is obvious that only one supervisor is extremely busy; I will say no more about the others. I tried very hard to find professionalism, but could not see any.
Summary:
There is no competent and authoritative professional leadership. They have no sense of time and often occupy employees' time after work. At the company, you can only comply unconditionally. If you frequently work overtime without overtime pay, it means you are working; if you do not work overtime, it means you are being too much yourself. The above statements are all true and are provided for prospective interviewees' reference.
