Pros
Can't think of any—maybe it's close to home.
Cons
The company emphasizes providing reasonable salaries, so a monthly salary of just over 20,000 is supposedly “great.”
The company likes a harmonious atmosphere, so if you don't attend company dinners, you're supposedly not a team player.
The company cares about employees' lives after work, so if you leave too early, the boss's wife will come check on you.
The company is so “wonderful” that I was scared off and quit after only a few months.
