Pros
=Xu Zhikai Architect's Office
The architect listens very attentively to the interviewee's education and work experience, and reviews the materials provided by the interviewee in advance. He is easy to get along with and has his own ideas. Overall, the working hours are normal, and overtime pay is provided. The colleagues all look well-rested and are easy to get along with, and the work environment is also good.
Cons
Overtime pay is calculated at 1.55 times the regular rate regardless of the time period; there are relatively few places to eat nearby
