Have you experienced the supervisor loudly berating people?
It happened on Friday in the testing area. I saw Supervisor Su-ling loudly berating someone, while everyone in the area watched. Later, when it was time to eat, the bell did not ring, but everyone knew it was time for a break and lunch. When the first one or two people went to eat, she loudly scolded them, saying, “Is it lunchtime now?” Some people ignored her, while others retorted, “It is break and lunch time now…” This was Supervisor Su-ling at the fourth floor of the Linkou Huaya Technology Park. She is definitely not the only one who berates people; others do so more subtly, depending on the situation and whom they are addressing. As for whether there is favoritism or mutual protection among supervisors, draw your own conclusions—you can sense and notice it yourself.
