An old-fashioned company that deceives and exploits its workers.
When I was informed by phone that I had been hired, I was told that the salary was 35k, and I accepted on the understanding that it would be increased by another 2k after the probationary period. However, I did not sign any contract when I reported for work. When I asked about it, I was simply told that the contract would be signed after the probationary period. As a result, my salary for the first month was only 31k. When I asked the vice president about it, they flatly refused to acknowledge it and even asked, “Who told you that?” Absolutely outrageous.
A final warning: in an employment relationship, you still need a written contract to protect yourself.
