Pros
I thought the boss was willing to nurture and develop employees.
Cons
Installing surveillance would be one thing, but they also insult people during meetings.
After verifying things privately, I discovered that they are simply fond of lying.
They said they were willing to nurture and develop employees, but in the end, they just left me to fend for myself.
They were also unwilling to explain the salary structure clearly from the outset.
The internal HR staff member is extremely rude.
I kept making highly repetitive reports, wasting time.
