The boss doesn't really micromanage you.
When I initially joined as a salesperson, the job responsibilities were never discussed in detail.
The warehouse is hot and stuffy, with mosquitoes and other pests; the environment is dirty and messy.
On my first day, I was already stacking goods. Even when the warehouse staff arrived, I still had to help stack them. Am I a salesperson or a warehouse worker? There was also no transportation allowance, and I had to meet a specified sales target or risk being fired. Every day, I had to go out to make sales, but I also had to wait until the goods were finished being moved before I could leave. If you're considering coming here, you really need to think it through carefully.
