Sharing on someone’s behalf: After working for three days, I was told I was unsuitable for the job, but I was not given three days’ wages, severance pay, or a certificate of involuntary resignation—nothing at all. The place was Dingjian Baojin Private Preschool in Changhua County. The children’s lunch consisted of quail eggs and cabbage; it was heartbreaking to see. The employee system also did not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Poor Changhua has so many exploitative employers like this. When everyone stays silent, they act as if nothing happened. I couldn’t stand by and watch, so I’m speaking out on their behalf. Truly damn awful.
