The pace of life is slower in the countryside.
The salary is different from what was listed on the recruitment website; they use lack of experience as a reason to suppress wages. There are many of the typical problems found with traditional bosses, and the managers do not share the same principles.
The equipment and office environment are very poor. Every time we asked, they said the office would be renovated, but several months passed without any work being done. (I still bring my own mouse.)
Employees were asked to apply for an account at the company’s partner bank, but no payment was ever transferred to it even once (they always paid in cash).
When asked about the reason, they gave vague answers. Even after leaving the job, employees were still required to come in person to collect their cash, which was confusing.
Whenever there was nothing to do, employees were allowed to leave early, but they were required to make up the accumulated hours on holidays, and this was not counted as overtime. (The salary remained the same.)
They always requested overtime at the last minute (starting early the next day or working on holidays). Even after this was raised with the supervisor, there was no improvement; immediately after I had brought it up, they again asked me to start early the next day.
Employees were required to go out to purchase things without being given any purchasing allowance, and the money was still not reimbursed by the time they left the company.
