1. After clocking out, colleagues arranged to meet outside to socialize and chat. The boss’s wife happened to pass by, came over to chase us away, and shouted at one of the female colleagues in front of everyone in a public place. It was terrifying. I’ve never encountered a company that interferes with employees’ private lives after work. Think carefully before joining 🤚
2. Even after all the work is finished, if you want to leave, you may still be held back for more than half an hour. Those who leave work on time will be singled out by the boss’s wife like the female colleague mentioned above, or else you’ll be kept busy outside and not get off work until after seven 😠
(There is no overtime pay for any of the above.)
3. We are often made to move things around for no meaningful reason—for example, moving the things from Table A to the entrance in the morning, then moving them back to Table A at the end of the day. We have no idea why we are moving things around for nothing, and it often leaves us with a big question mark 🤪
4. One female colleague has to stay in the office during the lunch break to eat, while the other colleagues can only be asked to go out and buy food for her. The boss’s wife often complains that eating in the office causes cockroaches to breed there. ??????????????? You require someone to stay in the office at noon, then scold them for eating in the office and attracting cockroaches—are you trying to make people’s lives impossible? 🙇♀️
5. The company was founded in 1975, but it doesn’t have a single employee with more than 10 years of seniority. It’s hard to imagine why the former employees didn’t continue staying 🤷♂️
6. The boss’s wife really likes asking about applicants’ family backgrounds during interviews 👀
7. After clocking in and starting work in the morning, if you go straight to the restroom to take a dump 💩, the supervisor thinks it looks bad. If you did that every day, that would be understandable, but they still have to make a fuss over it even when it happened only once 😡
