· The interview location is close to Minquan West Road MRT Station
· The venue and natural lighting both create a very American atmosphere
· The founder is a fairy
· The operations manager responsible for arranging the interview is the founder’s younger brother. He is unfamiliar with recruitment and business operations, and the interview location was changed from Neihu District to Zhongshan District
· The founder’s strengths are fitness and yoga, rather than business management
· The interview was more like a chat, with little mention of the company’s management philosophy and goals
· Candidates were required to bring their own résumé
· Candidates were made to wait for more than 20 minutes
· I was given a verbal offer, but there was no follow-up
· Conclusion: It operates like a family business; the employee compensation, bonus system, and benefits are very unclear, unlike those of a foreign company
